J. Scott Cellars warehouse winery and Tasting Room is located in the Westside Warehouse District of Eugene, Oregon, with over 20 wines on the menu. Jonathan Scott Oberlander, winemaker and owner, loves to produce unique varietals as well as those regional favorites such as Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. How about some Rogue Valley Tempranillo or Columbia Valley (OR) Zinfandel or perhaps Rogue Valley Petite Sirah…just to name a few.
Timberline Lodge Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith honed his food and wine pairing skills during the ten years he spent cooking in the Willamette Valley wine country prior to his tenure at Timberline. The six-course menu he’s created for this friendly collaboration highlights how a perfect pairing brings out the subtleties of the wine and enhances the overall experience. Add the magnificent setting of Silcox Hut, and you’ve got an evening that plays to all five senses.
$225.00 per person includes dinner, wine, snowcat transportation to Silcox Hut, and gratuity. Seating is limited to 24 lucky participants.
